One of the events I look forward to every year, for the last 10 years, is the Daniel Lapp Home for Christmas Concert. I feel this event is a great measure of my development as a musician. There is a long, slow and steady path to achieving competency and skill as a performer. Daniel Lapp is certainly a good mentor to work with. I began in the BCFO way back in 2005 when I appeared on stage for two tunes. Daniel has progressively given me more material, solos and responsibilities until this year I played in the coveted "Strings of Lights" house band as a paid member. Most exciting. Perhaps one day I will come back as a featured guest?
